Plate & Pour Bakery opened in November at 400 E. High St. in Jefferson City. Owners Roger and Laura Whitmore along with their son Tanner bake a variety of sweets, including breakfast breads, cakes, cookies and scones. They also serve coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
